Watch Nigel Hall Sing An Eric Krasno Original On Jam Cruise 2016

There are few musicians better suited to sing songs and tickle the ivories than Nigel Hall. His mix of musicianship, charisma and soulful voice made him the perfect choice to kick of Jam Cruise's intimate acoustic piano sets. The five story glass and brass Atrium is the perfect place to experience music in it's rawest form. Savvy cruises know to never miss these opportunities to see their favorites stripped down and vulnerable.

Check out Nigel's performance of the Eric Krasno penned "I'll Never Know" below.

Nigel Hall Included In L4LM's The 15 Artists That Dominated In 2015

12. Nigel Hall
Nigel announced that he was leaving the Nth Power last March. "Ever since I've been around, I've always been a special guest of somebody's band... all I've ever really wanted in my life is to be a part of a band that was my own," he explained in an interview about his departure. With the time off, Hall was able to spend time on this dream and make it a reality. In November, he released Ladies and Gentlemen... Nigel Hall, produced by Soulive/Lettuce guitarist Eric Krasno, featuring a number of notable sit-ins, including spots from Questlove, Ivan Neville and more. The product is outstanding and we can't wait to hear more of the pianist/singer/songwriter.

All-Star Cast Of Lettuce, Nth Power Members Support Nigel Hall For Album Release Party

Last night marked the all-star album release party for Nigel Hall's brand new LP, Ladies & Gentlemen... Nigel Hall at the intimate Blue Note Jazz Club in New York, NY.

Hall recruited members of Lettuce and The Nth Power for the occasion, with Adam "Shmeeans" Smirnoff on guitar, Eric Krasno on bass, Adam Deitch on drums, Weedie Braimah on percussion, Ryan Zoidis and Eric "Benny" Bloom holding down the brass, and, of course, the star of the show, Nigel Hall.

The band mostly stuck to songs from Hall's new album, including the catchy single "Gimme A Sign" and the Isley Brothers' tune, "Lay Away". Marc Millman captured photos from the event, check those out at LiveForLiveMusic.com
